With your authority, we may also collect it from third parties such as the Department of Home Affairs, sponsors, employers, family members or other professionals involved in your matter.
3. Why we collect and use it
We use your personal information to provide migration assistance — including assessing your options, preparing and lodging applications, liaising with government and other bodies on your behalf, managing your account and payments, and communicating with you. We may also use it to meet our legal and professional obligations.
4. Consent to handle sensitive information
By engaging our services and providing sensitive information, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing it for the purposes of your matter. You can withdraw consent at any time, although this may affect our ability to act for you.

- others where required or authorised by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.
7. Storage & security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including secure cloud storage, access controls and confidentiality obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
